In 2015 I moved from London to the San Francisco Bay Area to become the BBC’s Silicon Valley correspondent, covering all the defining stories involving Big Tech. In early 2020 I joined the Financial Times where I reported on Amazon, ecommerce and the gig economy. I am currently Bloomberg Opinion’s US Technology Columnist, based in New York City.
